JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage branch daily activities;
- Provide the effective implementation of business-plan approved for the branch;
- Maintain and develop the relationships with the existing and new customers;
- Ensure the proper provision of the management reports to Head Office;
- Coach and develop the employees.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High education in the field of economics, finance or management;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking;
- Central Bank certificate is desired;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
- Willingness and readiness to travel within Armenia;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
