JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Maintain office files and reports;
- Set up workspace and manage office supplies;
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers;
- Handle invoices, payments and operations expenses;
- Handle travel and accommodation;
- Organize customer training and events;
- Perform other miscellaneous activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages – both oral and written;
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy at work;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other office software.
