Marketing Manager - Catherine Group - Yerevan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and conduct marketing, advertising and promotional activities;
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products;
- Conduct analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information;
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products;
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects;
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results;
- Prepare and manage marketing budget and plan;
- Develop pricing strategy;
- Liaise with media and advertising.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and surveys;
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
